최신 클라우드 트렌드 및 기술을 소개하고 *AWS 기반 솔루션을 통한 다양한 혁신 사례를 공유하는 AWS Industry Week 콘퍼런스가 지난 11월 3일 강남 코엑스에서 열렸다.

동화기업은 이번 콘퍼런스에서 산업별 혁신 사례 중 ‘제조’ 분야에 참가해 그간의 성과를 발표했다. 해당 발표를 맡은 디지털혁신실 Data Lab 송세리 팀장은 ‘동화기업의 디지털 트랜스포메이션, AWS 기반 스마트 팩토리 혁신 사례’를 주제로 스마트 팩토리 내 AWS를 활용한 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 과정을 소개했다. AI/ML을 통한 Data Lake, 분석 서비스 등을 구축하게 된 배경과 전략, 그리고 실제 구현 사례 등을 통해 동화의 성공적인 디지털 혁신 성과를 참석자들과 공유했다.

* AWS : 아마존에서 제공하는 클라우딩 컴퓨팅 서비스. 스토리지, 데이터베이스와 같은 인프라 기술부터 인공지능, 기계 학습, 사물 인터넷 등과 같은 새로운 기술까지 제공한다. 

Dongwha showcases its smart manufacturing achievements

The AWS Industry Week Conference, which introduces the latest cloud trends and technologies as well as various examples of innovation using Amazon Web Services-based solutions, was held on November 3 at the COEX. Dongwha Enterprise took part in the manufacturing category to announce its results. Song SeRi from the Data Lab Team of the Digital Innovation Department made a presentation on Dongwha’s digital transformation and AWS-based smart manufacturing innovation. He introduced how AWS can be used to implement digital transformation by outlining the background and strategies of data lake and analysis service through AI/ML and introducing the real examples of Dongwha’s successful digital transformation.
